Es ist ein polnischer Autoatlas. Gut. Aber zeigt mir dieses Autobahnkreuz in Polen. Oder noch anders: Zeigt mir irgendein Autobahnkreuz in Polen. Gibt es hier überhaupt zwei Autobahnen?

You are right! There is no such highway crossing to be found in Poland. Because they do not have such highways or better written: they do not have two highways, hence no highway crossing at all somewhere in Poland.
